The best connection I’ve made in years
Connecting with Anne for graphics and layout has probably been the best connection I’ve made in years. She is so fantastic to work with and her illustrations are ideal for my projects. I am so excited to have found someone that just gets me and what I’m looking for creatively.

Thank you!
Thank you! And most of all thanks for all your help, partnership, and enthusiasm for Being Awesome is Awesome Fest: you are a heck of a collaborator and it wouldn’t have gotten off the ground without you.

You’re amazing...
You’re amazing… Thank you so much for your consistent focus on creating beautiful, engaging stuff. It’s really an amazing talent and I’m so happy we’re working together.

Books projects are always really fun. I get to work with people who are excited about what they are creating and are always delighted when they finally get to hold the finished product in their hands. Having designed and printed a couple of my own books, I know the feeling — and I’m always honored to be part of that process. I offer design services for the cover artwork as well as the pages of the book and any necessary supporting artwork.
The spectrum of collateral for the Colorado Local First outreach program reaches far and wide. The Eat Local First arm of this campaign is one of my favorites because who doesn’t love food, right? I designed buttons and recipe cards along with lots of supporting art and graphics for the web and for printed items.
I’ve done editorial style design for magazines, conference programs, and event programs.
I’ve done illustrations for several different purposes including personalized business cards, books, cartoons, and campaign collateral.
From 2007 through 2015, I partnered with the Mile High Business Alliance to create a series of neighborhood guides to showcase the local businesses in those neighborhood. With a ridiculous turn around time from concept to print in 4 weeks, we produced 4 guides. And as soon as those first 4 guides hit the streets, they became wildly popular with business owners and shoppers -- resulting in 20 subsequent guides. Following the success of the neighborhood guides, we collaborated on Local Coffee and Local Beer guides.
It is always exciting to see a product come to life! Here are some examples of printed products and their packaging that I designed.
I created this artwork as part of an RFP for a marketing campaign for the State of Colorado. The client came to me with the “Meet the Farmer” campaign idea and together, we came up with the ideas for the types of collateral that could help to connect people with their local food producers. The only existing artwork for the campaign was the Colorado Proud logo.
I put this design together using an existing color scheme and and some seed layout ideas. And I got some props for it here.
